Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how LLC "MockupApp" ("we", "us", "our"), operator of mckp.live (the "Service"), collects and uses personal data. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

1. Who we are

mckp.live is operated by LLC "MockupApp", registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan at Tashkent, Mirzo-Ulugbek district, Oqibat MFY, Mustaqillik street 7. mckp.live is part of the ls.graphics family of products.

2. What we collect

We keep data collection to what we need to run the Service.

Account data — when you register, we collect your email address and basic account details. Authentication may be handled via email link or a third-party sign-in provider.

Billing data — when you subscribe to Pro, payment is handled by Polar (our Merchant of Record). We do not receive or store your full card details. We receive limited information from Polar such as your subscription status, plan, and billing country.

Usage and content — the Scenes and projects you create, and basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service (for example, error logs).

Analytics data — when you visit our website, and only after you consent, we use Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica to understand traffic and improve the site (see Section 6 and our Cookie Policy).

Embeds. Our embeds render a Scene in the visitor's browser. They do not collect personal data about the visitors of the websites where they are placed.

3. Why we use it (legal bases)

Under the GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract — to create and manage your account, provide the Service, and process your subscription.
• Legitimate interests — to secure the Service, prevent abuse, and communicate important service messages.
• Consent — for analytics cookies and any non-essential tracking. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting, and other legal requirements (largely handled by Polar as Merchant of Record).

4. Who we share it with (processors)

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under appropriate agreements:

• Polar (Merchant of Record / payments) — processes your purchase and handles tax. Polar acts as the seller of record.
• Google Analytics (Google, USA) — website analytics, only with your consent.
• Yandex Metrica (Yandex, Russia) — website analytics and click maps, only with your consent.
• Hosting and content delivery providers — to host the Service and deliver assets.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers are located outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. In particular, Google Analytics transfers data to the United States and Yandex Metrica to Russia.

These countries may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards and on your consent for analytics. If you do not consent to analytics cookies, these transfers do not take place.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use only essential cookies by default. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica) are loaded only after you give consent through our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. For details, see our Cookie Policy.

7. How long we keep data

We keep account data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Billing records are retained as required by tax law (handled largely through Polar). Analytics data is retained according to the providers' default retention settings. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

If you are in the EEA, UK, or a comparable jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to notify you and the authorities of breaches where required by law.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or an in-product notice before they take effect.
