Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mckp.live (the "Service"), operated by LLC "MockupApp", registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan at Tashkent, Mirzo-Ulugbek district, Oqibat MFY, Mustaqillik street 7 ("we", "us", "our"). mckp.live is a product of the ls.graphics family.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

mckp.live is a browser-based tool for creating animated, embeddable product mockups ("Scenes") and exporting them as embeds, video, or images. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information when registering and keep it current.

3. Plans: Free and Pro

The Service is offered on two plans:

Free — access to the full editor, up to 3 projects, and up to 3 live embeds. Embeds created on the Free plan display a "Made with mckp.live" badge. Video and image export are not available on the Free plan.

Pro — unlimited embeds with the badge removed, unlimited projects, and video and image export. Pro is billed monthly or annually.

We may change the features, limits, or pricing of either plan. If we change pricing for an existing paid subscription, we will give you reasonable notice before it takes effect.

4. Billing, payment, and renewals

Payments for Pro are processed by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Polar is the seller of record for your purchase, handles payment processing, and is responsible for calculating and remitting any applicable taxes (including VAT). Your purchase is also subject to Polar's own terms and privacy policy.

Prices are shown exclusive of tax. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is added at checkout based on your billing country.

Auto-renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively cancel the current period. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.

5. Refunds

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where a refund is required by applicable law. By purchasing Pro, you request that the Service begin immediately and you acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once the paid service has started. Refund requests, where legally required, are handled by Polar as Merchant of Record.

If you cancel, you are not charged again, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period (see Section 4).

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the Scenes, images, text, and other materials you upload or create ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

To operate the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you — including rendering and delivering your embeds to the websites where you place them. This licence ends when you delete Your Content or close your account, except for content that remains live in embeds you have published and not removed, and for reasonable backup copies that age out of our systems.

You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to use any assets (images, logos, screenshots) you upload. Do not upload content that infringes others' rights or violates the law.

7. Embeds and the badge

When you publish an embed, you may place it on websites you control or are authorised to use. On the Free plan, embeds carry a "Made with mckp.live" badge; you may not remove, hide, obscure, or alter this badge except by upgrading to Pro. Badge-free and unlimited embeds require an active Pro subscription.

If your Pro subscription ends, your account reverts to Free: up to three of your embeds continue to render, the badge returns, and embeds beyond the Free limit may stop displaying until you upgrade again or reduce your embed count.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• resell or sublicense the Service without our permission;
• circumvent plan limits or the badge requirement;
• use the Service to store or distribute malware or illegal content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. ls.graphics All-Access

mckp.live Pro may be included in an "All-Access" subscription sold through ls.graphics. All-Access purchases are governed by the terms of ls.graphics and are not processed through the Service's own checkout. If you hold an active All-Access subscription, your mckp.live account may receive Pro access automatically.

10. Intellectual property

The Service itself — including its software, design, branding, and the mckp.live and ls.graphics names and logos — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it as described.

11. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. Where reasonable, we will give notice of material changes.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; Sections that by their nature should survive (such as content licence remainder, IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (for example, by email or an in-product notice) before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Uzbekistan, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
